Stainless steel housing and wire mesh belt conveyor complete with roll of fiberglass filter media. Top entry 42" diameter flanged inlet and outlet. Belt is 48" wide. Jogging switch for advancing fiberglass media when dirty. Belt drive is 1 HP 208-230-460 volt with 100:1 gear reducer. Air flows vertically downward then horizontally out. Designed to remove the “blue grease mist-smoke" that comes off of frying grease applications. The fiberglass advances thru the gas stream as it gets dirty. Normally, you can manually rotate the drive for the fiberglass or you can set it up to advance on pressure differential. The unit we have could handle excess of 7500 CFM.

All 16 gauge galvanized sheet construction. Removable tandem side filter access to hold multiple ASHRAE filters. Installed with magnehelic gauge kit option. 4"Ø sleeve connection for duct.
