Different Types of Fans and Blowers at JM Industrial

1. Axial Fans: Axial fans get their name from the direction in which they blow air. These fans blow air linearly, and are used for ventilation in small areas that require less space for the fan. They are generally very low pressure high volume devices.
2. Centrifugal Fans: Like axial fans, centrifugal fans get their name from the direction in which they blow air. These fans blow air in the direction perpendicular to that of the air inlet. In various diameters and widths, they can provide a very wide range of operating conditions and pressures.
3. Positive Displacement Blowers: Positive displacement blowers are used in several different applications. These blowers use positive displacement technology. They trap a certain volume of air, and then release it against the pressure of the system. These blowers are generally used where higher pressure is required.
