Types of Used Screening Equipment Available at JM Industrial

Here are some types of screeners we have in stock:

1. De-watering Screeners: De-watering screeners are used to separate solid materials from liquid. Liquid material distributors and separator feeders help ensure the use of a complete screening surface.
2. Round Vibratory Screeners: Round vibratory screeners are used to size and classify particles. They are very versatile with regards to outlet position, number of separations (classes of size) and are very cost effective.
3. Rectangular Screeners: Rectangular screeners are known for their high efficiency and capacity. While the typical gyratory type can screen more product per area, they are not easily adaptable to add additional separation sizes. For example, if a machine is purchased with two screen decks (3 size classes), it is not typically possible to add a third screen. This is easy to accomplish with most round vibratory systems.
