This unit consists of a No. 1 Venturi Scrubber using recirculated water as a scrubbing fluid. The connected 220 Impinjet Scrubber (two stage) is to act as a mist eliminator and airstream cooler for the Venturi discharge. The Impinjet scrubber housing is 24" diameter with 90" staraight side and 30° cone top & bottom. A general arrangement drawing is available. The gas inlet flange on the venturi is 12" square, the outlet on the Impinjet is 8"Ø. Material of Construction (Scrubber & No. 1 Venturi): 11GA. 304 stainless steel. All internal piping: 304 stainless steel. Carbon steel base footprint is 30" X 56". 148" from floor elevation to top of discharge flange.
