The conveyor length is 8' between endplates, 6'-6" distance between inlet/outlet centers. 5"Ø shaft with 5/16" thk. Heavy-duty flighting on a continuous 6" pitch. 10" square flanged inlet and outlet. Outboard Pillowblock bearings. Previously conveyed scrap metal @ 275 lbs / cubic foot. Test run video on file.

13" x 16" horizontal outlet. 13" x 20" inlet. Drive in 6 o'clock position. Flanged, U-trough housing. 1/4" flight thickness. 3" shafting. Test run video on file. Current auger speed is 83 rpm.

50 cubic foot carbon steel bin with installed u-trough screw conveyor. Hopper is constructed of 3/16" a-36 plate. Frame is continuously welded structural square tubing and has extensions on legs. The footprint for the frame measures 5'-6" wide x 7'-1" long. Total height: 8'-2". Discharge conveyor is a 16"ø x 12' long with standard pitch, 3/8" thick flights are double welded to shaft. Discharge height is 23". Powered by a 3hp, 1755rpm, 230/460 volt, 3 phase premium efficiency Toshiba motor though a Falk 26:1 gear reducer.
