Model MODLC-IV-2AX. Serial Number 148521-01A-MECVI. Screw feed motor is a Baldor, 0.5 HP, 90 volt DC, 1750 rpm, 56C frame, explosion proof, XPFC, rated for Class I, Group D; Class II, Groups F & G. Hopper flexible liner motor is Baldor, 0.25 HP, 90 volt DC, 1750 rpm, 56C frame, explosion proof, XPFC, rated for Class I, Group D; Class II, Groups F & G. Over all height of feeder is 27 inches. Stainless steel material contact parts. Stand feeder sits on is 74 inches tall by 32 x 27. Screw and tube sizes may be interchangeable to other sizes. Item appears to be in excellent condition. All stainless steel in material contact parts. Demonstration video available.
