* previously used as a Denver holo-flite dryer / screw cooler processor model d1618-6, but due to wear and holes in the trough and screws we no longer recommend this item being used as a pressure rated holo-flite - screw conveyor only. Trough is rusted thru clear down to jacket. Unit will hold material but cannot use jacket due to trough corrosion. If used somematerial would build up below the trough and lay in the jacket and would be “dead space" material. Carbon steel construction. Housing and screws are Carbon steel. Unit has two screws that are nominal 16 inch diameter with 6" pitch. Inside dimensions of trough is 19'-11". 10 HP Louis Allis motor, 1760 rpm, 220/440 volt, 324 frame. V-belt drive to in-line gear reducer with chain drive output to 2nd gearbox with two output shaft to power both screws. Test run video on file. • material discharges from the conveyor at the drive end of the machine. *bearings will need to be replaced.
