304 stainless steel construction. 7GA shell with end plates and gussets of 1/4" thick stainless steel. Legs are 3" x 6" rectangular tubing. Internal and external welds are continuous, ground smooth and polished. All product contact surfaces are polished to a sanitary finish. Exterior surfaces have a glass bead finish. Blender shaft: 4.25"Ø 304 stainless steel. Configuration of blender consists of 2/3 of length to have paddles and remaining 1/3 length to have breaker bars. Twin screw discharge arrangement. Screw shaft: 3.5" schedule 80 pipe, 304 stainless steel with 12" diameter variable pitch flighting. Drive and all non 304 stainless components are primed and painted. Blender drive is eurodrive motor: 1800 rpm, tefc, 10 hp. Eurodrive reducer: snuggler 139.92:1 ratio, 12 RPM output faf-90. Screw feeder discharge drive is eurodrive motor 1800 RPM tefc, 10 hp, 460/3/60 with external ventilator #dv132m4-v. Eurodrive reducer: snuggler, 107.89:1 ratio, #faf-100.
